1. Service Overview

The Thesis Lab provides research supervision services to MSc and PhD students. Our services include proposal review, methodology feedback, data analysis, thesis review, and presentation design. Each service is provided on a per-package basis as described on our website.

2. Academic Integrity

The student remains the primary author of all submitted work. We provide expert guidance, feedback, and suggestions — we do not ghostwrite or produce content on behalf of students. Our annotations and recommendations are advisory only. Students are responsible for the final content of their work.

3. No Grade Guarantee

Our advice and guidance are based on academic best practices and expert knowledge. However, we do not guarantee any specific grade, approval, or outcome from your university or institution. University requirements vary and ultimately your institution's reviewers determine acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

Services are rendered only after payment is confirmed. Package fees are as listed on the rate card. One revision round is included per package unless otherwise stated. Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our consulting services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.

6. Confidentiality

All client submissions, communications, and personal information are treated as confidential. We will not share your work or personal details with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Thesis Lab provides research guidance and feedback only. We are not responsible for the final acceptance or rejection of your thesis, dissertation, or research proposal by your academic institution. Our services are advisory in nature.
